We have been working in this field academically, professionally, and as part of the community, for over twenty years. We have been very engaged with the not-for-profit and government sectors and also have a range of uniquely private sector experiences. We have been involved in a large number of ground-breaking law reform processes at both a national and local level. We have developed and delivered training, internationally acclaimed pilot projects, and overseen successful institutional cultural change programs.
Our philosophy of engagement has been developed and refined over many years. It is informed by a human rights framework, equity and social justice principles, and a fundamental belief in building on the commonalities of our human experience. We are strategic, responsive, adaptive and creative in our approach. Our focus is on truly understanding where it is that you are and what it is that you want to achieve.
We bring with us an expert, nuanced, and critical understanding of the issues. But we also recognise that the best answers are sometimes the ones that can be articulated very simply.
